Are you able to sell the twitch raid function to other channels for money? We were not exactly sure so a message was sent to twitch partner support asking exactly that and here is the response.
In the support ticket it was titled "Are Raids sellable to 3rd parties?" with the following image attached showing a high ccv channel allegedly doing exactly that for a G4 channel.

Twitch support emailed back the following:
"Thanks for reaching out about this.
In order to get this investigated as quickly and effectively as possible, please use the report system directly on Twitch. The report system will inform our Moderation team about the issue so it can be properly addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
To file a report, click the "⋮"
icon on the user’s profile page and select the “Report” option. Within
the report, please include as much information as you can in a
well-formatted report. The easier it is for Moderators to read, the
easier it is to deal with!"
This pretty much means that selling raids it not something you should do and that you can get reported, which may result in suspended account and IP bans from twitch for breaking the terms of service.
